Public Feeding Site will Close on October 9th

Franklin County School District will close its public feeding site on October 9, 2020. This will be the last day that children in the community can pick up a free meal at the school. On October 13, 2020, we will begin the Traditional Model and all of our students will attend classes Monday – Friday. ALL students enrolled in Franklin County School District will still be able to eat free in the cafeteria at breakfast and lunch through December 22, 2020.

Grab and Go Meal Schedule Announced

Beginning August 31, 2020 at home learners enrolled in the Franklin County School District may pick up meals at the High School cafeteria on the days they are learning at home. Elementary, Middle School and High School students will pick up meals in the circle in front of the High School Cafeteria. Meals will be available from 11:00 am – 11:30 am each weekday that school is in session. At this time, students must be present to pick up their meals. Students will be asked for their lunch number at the time of pick up. We are applying for a waiver that would allow parent pick up and if this is approved more information will be provided.
“A” day students can pick up meals on Tuesday, Thursday and the Friday that they are learning from home. “B” day students can pick up meals on Monday, Wednesday and the Friday they are learning at home.
